Yoga, TRX + Pilates: Lets get flexy!
On our Breathe 02 side we offer an array of Yoga, TRX and Pilates classes.
A general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing techniques which help bring peace to the mind and body . Hatha is a form of exercise that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration.
Strings together a variation of poses linking them with breath. It helps to build and maintain strong bones, muscles and connective tissue to maintain a high metabolism, healthy posture, and an active and alive body.
A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
A series of exercises using your core muscles to stabilize while moving your extremities. Working deeper into the abdominal muscles than regular sit ups or crunches Pilates will help to not only increase core strength but also improve posture and decrease back pain.
