SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We are a 5,000 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility located in Derry, NH. Our group training classes offer programming implementing the CrossFit functional movement training methodology which is comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity.
Training in a small, goal oriented, group atmosphere, you will motivate each other towards obtaining both the group's and your individual fitness goals. We will keep track of your progress and help you remain accountable to your fitness commitment.
Working with a small group helps you get the personal attention and community that you just can't find at a large gym. We strive to create a friendly and positive environment that is both welcoming and people from all walks of life. Your team is there to motivate and support you as you transform yourself mentally and physically.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
Chose one of our trainers to coach you through individual sessions. Perfect for focusing on individual fitness goals and honing in on the technique for some of our more difficult movements.

We work with various teams and groups and offer programs for sports teams off season training, off site private and group training sessions, and company sessions/ corporate programs. Contact us for further information on program options.
