CrossFit is the most effective exercise program in the world.

Much more than a group fitness class it is individual coaching in a group setting.  Workouts vary daily combining several different modalities but adjusted for each participants level.

The Breathe experience starts with our Foundations program: a step by step comprehensive guide to a healthy life. Over the course of 4 weeks you will be given workouts, nutrition advise and fitness tips.

Our Foundations Program

Four short but very comprehensive weeks of fitness and nutrition to give you the kickstart to the rest of your healthy lifestyle!


You will do:

  • 1 Goal setting session 

  • 1 Nutrition Consultation

  • 6 1:1 private sessions with a Coach

  • 6 at home workouts with full demonstrations and instructions



You will try:

  • Group classes

  • Breathe O2 classes

  • Tracking your workouts

  • Meeting amazing new people and feel great!

You will be given:

  • Checklists to help you clean up your kitchen of unhealthy foods

  • Tips and tricks to teach you how to meal prep and more

After the Four weeks you will review your progress with your Coach and decide which workout prescription is best for you.
