Also, tonight, Monday February 24 from 7 to 830pm, we will be having an info and movements standards session to go over how the Open workouts will be judged. We will also use this to provide those of you who have not participated before a time to ask questions and make sure that you understand how the judges will be scoring, when the workouts can be done, and how the next 5 weeks will run, etc. 

Please try to attend tonight if at all possible! We understand it is short notice but we will be going over a lot of important info.
