Fitness for ALL ages!

At Breathe we use a variety of activities such as running, rowing, biking, jumping, lifting, pulling and pushing to name just a few.  We challenge kids with age appropriate movements, skills and loads in a fun and effective way that gets them to LOVE exercise.  The atmosphere is inclusive and helps them to learn trust, cohesion, self-confidence, self-respect and comradery.
